Online Coaching Session

Service Description

All clients start the same way, with an introductory coaching session. These coaching sessions give you the chance to jump right in with a real coaching session and get to know me and how I work as an online life coach. After the end of the session, I will send you a recording of our session as well as my notes. The notes will share any Insights you had during our session, specific and clear action Items you’d like to take based on our conversation and a larger coaching goals that you identified.

Cancellation Policy

Registration, Refund, and Cancellation Information for all “Real Life and Leadership” appointments or programs offered by Real Life and Leadership are listed below. --------- Registration Cancellation by Registrant --------- Unless specifically stated on registration details, the deadline to receive a full refund for your appointment registration is 5 days prior to the start date of the appointment. --------- Cancellations received within 5 days of the appointment and 25 hours before will be refunded by 50% of the cost of the appointment. --------- Cancellations received within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. This is a courtesy for those who could not otherwise book an appointment for that time. --------- Cancellations will only be accepted via e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines for appropriate refunds. --------- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. --------- Appointment Cancellation by Organizer (Real Life and Leadership) --------- Real Life and Leadership and Paula Rak reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to circumstances that would make the appointment non-viable. --------- If Real Life and Leadership and Paula Rak for any reason, cancels an appointment, the client will be contacted at the earliest possible time and will be offered to reschedule the appointment or issued a full refund. --------- These policies apply to all Real Life and Leadership appointments and programs unless otherwise noted in the corresponding appointment details. --------- If you have any questions regarding the “Refund/Cancellation Policy” as stated by Real Life and Leadership, please contact Paula Rak via the following: --------- ---------paula@realifeandleadership.com --------- (612) 548-4022 ---------Thanks! --------- Paula Rak
